The MAGIC Foundation is a national non-profit organization that is proud to offer two scholarships per year to qualified students in the US with a documented endocrine disorder. It is our sincere hope that this will help further the education of children with endocrine disorders. The scholarships will be for $500, per student, for the school year, pending available funds.

The scholarships are available to any college student with a documented endocrine disorder supported by The MAGIC Foundation.

The scholarships are to be applied toward educational costs at an accredited College, University or Vocational Trade School. Funds are to be used at the discretion of the recipients (ie, tuition, room and board, books, etc.). Recipients of the scholarship will have their name, disorder, school they will be attending, and future career goals published in MAGIC's monthly e-publication newsletter. Awarded scholarships are for one year and non-renewable. Awards are given without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sexual orientation, disability or national origin.

Documentation of an endocrine disorder by a physician on their letterhead Proof of college acceptance One personal reference from someone who has known the applicant for at least 2 years 500-word essay selected from one of these topics: What The MAGIC Foundation Means to Me nHow I Became Involved with MAGIC nHow MAGIC Can Benefit Other Kids Like Me Recent photo US citizen Completed Scholarship Application n$35 application fee All requirements must be submitted to MAGIC by May 31st.

The MAGIC Foundation has a referral database which allows us to help others find Endocrinologists in their area. Many of the specialists in our database are based on personal family recommendations. As of now our list mainly consists of Endocrinologists but we are working on building referral lists for other specialties as well.
