Annual Convention Exhibit & Sponsorship Information

 

The MAGIC Foundation, leaders in endocrine support, is a national non-profit organization that supports families of children and adults with endocrine related disorders. MAGIC’s annual convention is a 3-day event, Thursday through Saturday, that combines both educational and social activities geared towards families and medical professionals. The MAGIC Foundation’s first convention was in 1995 with an attendance of 86 people. At the last in person event in 2019 there was approximately 1,000 people.  MAGIC hosted virtually in 2020 and 2021 and we are so excited to be back in person this year!

 

This is a great opportunity for you to be a part of MAGIC! Consider attending or exhibiting/sponsoring this worthwhile convention. Below are many activities your company can sponsor. Most exhibitors have some type of booth activity for the children (ie. face painting, snow cone machines, caricaturists, give-aways, etc.). There is no limit to the amount of exhibitors that may attend.  We invite exhibitors to spend the weekend in Chicago and attend educational and social activities.  There will be no additional charge for the educational segments, and a minimal charge for the social activities.  If you plan on attending any activities, please complete the registration form (registration fee is waived for exhibitors).

Set-up and dismantling

Exhibit set-up begins Thursday at 8:00 AM and exhibits must be dismantled the same evening after 8:00 PM.
If you need to access the ballroom earlier for larger exhibits, set-up can begin on Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm.

Sponsorship Opportunities

With any sponsorship below, signage will be displayed both at your booth on Thursday and during the sponsored activity.  All sponsors will also be recognized on MAGIC's website, newsletter and social media. All sponsorships are on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Attendee Tote Bag - $7,000 (exclusive) - RESERVED

All families attending will receive a tote bag at registration. MAGIC's name will be on one side and your company logo/name will be on the other side.

 

Attendee Name Badges - $7,000 (exclusive) - RESERVED

All attendees will receive name badges at registration.  Your company logo/name will be advertised on the name badges.

 

Childcare Program/Kid's Camp - $5,000 (3 available) - RESERVED

Children will participate in a professional childcare program/kid's camp provided by Corporate Kids Events, Inc.

 

Exhibit Hall Refreshment Break - $7,000 (exclusive)

Refreshment break provides beverages and snacks for attendees in the exhibit hall.

 

Friday Speaker Luncheon - $5,000 (exclusive)

Provides a luncheon for the speakers.

 

Going for Gold Family Dance Party - $16,000 (exclusive) - RESERVED

Provides entertainment for social night.

 

Registration Packet Insert - $5,000 (unlimited)

Supply MAGIC with a full page insert (or smaller) to be included in all attendees registration packets.

 

Pre-event Email Blast - $5,000 (unlimited)

A pre-event email blast with be sent to all attendees with your company's message.  Can be product specific or a general message to come visit your booth during exhibits/registration.
 

The Independent Charities Seal of Excellence is awarded to Charities of America that have, upon rigorous independent review, been able to certify, on an annual basis that they meet the highest standards of public accountability, program effectiveness, and cost effectiveness.

These standards include those required by the US Government for inclusion in the Combined Federal Campaign, probably the most exclusive fund drive in the world.

Of the 1,000,000 charities operating in the United States today, it is estimated that fewer than 50,000, or 5 percent, meet or exceed these standards, and, of those, fewer than 2,000 have been awarded this Seal. MAGIC's CFC #10388.
