TS Study now Recruiting

Gene, Brain and Behavior in Turner Syndrome

Stanford University in Palo Alto, California is recruiting Turner patients for an NIH-funded Turner study (PI: Dr Allan Reiss, Dept of Psychiatry).

Please refer any girls/ families that fulfill the following requirements:

Ø      Girls 3-12 years of age

Ø      45, X or 46, XX mosaic

Ø      Before estrogen has been started

Study will:

Ø      Fly families round-trip to California

Ø      Will provide hotel accommodations for 2-3 days near Stanford

Study testing includes:

Ø        Functional MRI

Ø        Neuropsychological studies

Ø        Results provided to families
